I had a CV. I had a degree. I was applying for jobs almost every day. So why wasn't anything happening?

That was the question I kept asking myself.

I would find a job opening, update my CV, click Apply, and move on to the next one.

One application became five. Five became twenty. And twenty became… silence.

At first, I thought, “Maybe I just need to apply to more jobs.”

You're showing what you can do.

And that's a completely different conversation.

So, I Stopped Asking, “Why Isn't Anyone Hiring Me?”

Instead, I started asking:

“What am I bringing to the table?”

That question changed everything.

I realized I couldn't control how many people applied for a job or whether a company would choose me.

But I could control how much I learned.

I could develop a digital skill. I could practice. I could work on projects. I could earn certifications. I could improve my CV and become more confident when opportunities came.

And honestly, that felt much better than endlessly refreshing my email.
